Excess km:
The excess km charges will be calculated at the time of drop off and the customer will be required to pay for the same at the parking location.
Late fees:
renter returns the motorcycle after 30 minutes of the specified return time, traveller will be charged at a late fee for the bike rented as per our hourly charges for first 4 hours. After 4 hours full day charges will be applied.
Over speeding:
The motorcycle must be ridden within the permissible limits. You must be under the speed limit specified by the company or the governing authority, whichever is lesser. Speed limit of gearless motorcycle is
< 60kmph and geared motorcycle is <80kmph under M.V Act184(b). Violation charges are Rs.300/- for the first time, Rs.500/- for the second time and Rs.1000 for the 3 time over the government challan traffic violation Charge.
Cap on riding km:
The rider agrees to adhere to the km cap limit of SR Bike and Car Rentals The gear motorcycle have a Km limit of 150 and gearless motorcycle have a km limit of 120 Km per day basis.
Any damages will be inspected at the spot and the charges will be collected on the spot as per the damages terms mentioned.
Contract violation: If you as a traveler violate any of the terms of this policy or the terms and conditions, you will be fined not less than Rs.1000. this includes performing any and all stunts, allowing another person to ride the bike, or any other violation of our policies.
During my trip, I will obey the following rules and guidelines:
- only the lessee is permitted to drive the vehicle. I’m least 18 years old and must always wear a helmet while riding.
- Lessee is responsible for his insurance; lesser will not be responsible for any accidental expenses of the rider. Must have appropriate riding gear. l.e… boots or closed toe shoes, pant and eyewear.
- The lessee use the bike entire at his/her own risk and agrees that lesson will not accept any responsibility or be held accountable for any loss, injury or death as a result of, or leading from the hire of any of the vehicles.
- The bike shall be returned to the lesser in the same condition in which it is handed over to the lessee.
- Lessee should inform us in case you take bike out of the district.
- In case the vehicle, returned is found excessively dirty/muddy. the lessee have to bear the charge of washing not exceeding 200 rupees.
- Rental package does not include fuel, toll, roadside assistance and taxes.
- Lessee is responsible for any traffic violations incurred due to your use of a rented vehicle. Lessee is not liable for any costs from any such violation. You must report such violations to a lessee representative as soon as possible.
- Towing service will be bourne by the customer.
- If any case trip cancelled payment not Refundable..
- The customer is liable for checking engine oils during a trip and maintaining the vehicle while on road. Any mechanical failures should be reported immediately. Customers may be held responsible in case of a mechanical failure due to negligence of the normal maintenance while on the trip.
SR Bike and Car Rentals and It’s staff have answered all questions I have had. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRITY AND UNDERSTOOD ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THIS IS AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY. I AGREE TO ABIDE ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE.
